Gründl Filinea is a soft gradient yarn for everyone who loves lightweight shawls, scarves, and knitting projects with a beautiful color effect. The colors emerge directly from the large 200g ball and blend harmoniously – without color changes or many ends to weave in.
The single-ply, lightly twisted roving yarn feels pleasantly soft and remains wonderfully light despite its generous yardage. The blend of 60% virgin wool and 40% polyacrylic provides comfortable warmth, is easy to care for, and makes Filinea a great choice for projects that should look cozy but not be heavy.
With 200g / approx. 700m, Filinea is particularly productive. Just one ball is enough for a beautiful shawl – you'll find the matching pattern directly on the ball band. Scarves, lightweight sweaters, cardigans, and accessories also gain a special effect from the long color gradient.
Filinea is wonderfully suited for anyone who likes to knit or crochet simple patterns and still wants a special result. The color gradient creates the effect on its own, allowing you to fully concentrate on the project. The yarn is Made in Italy, mulesing-free, and OEKO-TEX® certified.
