Gründl Felting Wool uni is a versatile felting yarn made from 100% pure virgin wool, ideal for creative projects in knitted felting. First, you knit, then the finished piece goes into the washing machine – creating robust, felted unique items with special character.
Due to the natural virgin wool, the yarn has high heat retention and is wonderfully suited for cozy, warm projects. With large needles, knitted pieces made from felting wool can be made quickly. Small irregularities in the stitch pattern often disappear completely during the felting process.
Felting wool uni is particularly well suited for felted slippers, house shoes, bags, baskets, seat cushions, placemats, egg warmers, napkin rings and many other creative felting projects. Hats, home accessories, and small gift ideas can also be beautifully realized with this yarn.
The large color selection makes it easy to find suitable shades for simple classics, colorful favorites, or individual color combinations. This way, every idea results in felted unique pieces that are practical, durable, and special.
If you intend for your project to be felted, it should be felted in the washing machine according to the instructions. If you do not wish to felt a knitted piece made from felting wool, it should only be washed very gently on a wool program or by hand. Please always observe the care instructions on the banderole and in the respective instructions.
