Here's how it works:

The jacket consists of 2 hexagons, which are crocheted together at the center back and over the shoulders up to the sleeve end. You leave the neckline open accordingly between the right and left shoulder, then adjust further. The best part: You can change the sleeve length and the length of the cardigan as needed by simply crocheting additional rows at the sleeve end or along the jacket edge. Pattern & Look

The pattern is a hexagon pattern according to a crochet chart. The look thrives on the classic granny style with many color rounds.
