The Happy Color Batik Scarf brings together two elements that simply work: 2-color brioche stitch (beautiful on both sides!) and the vibrant Happy Color Batik – complemented by calm contrasting colors from Happy uni. This creates a look that says "homemade with love" – and feels just as good to wear.
The scarf is knitted in a 2-sided brioche stitch with slipped stitches. The brioche makes the scarf pleasantly thick, elastic, and cuddly – ideal for a winter/transitional scarf. The interplay of batik and solid colors creates an exciting but harmonious look. The instructions use a circular needle (without turning, rows run in the same direction), which keeps the brioche pattern particularly even.
Medium – suitable for knitters with some experience. You should be able to confidently knit knit stitches and enjoy working from a pattern (brioche with slipping/knitting). It's rather challenging for complete beginners – but a really nice learning project for "brave advanced beginners."
